Styles of Japanese and Its Characteristics

不同的文体有不同的特点 ,不同文体的文章在语法、修辞及词汇的运用上有着不同的表现形式。根据文体的社会功能和构成文体的语言材料及修辞选择上的差异 ,日语的文体可分为两大类 ,即口语体和书面体。口语体具有广泛性、生动性、多变性、简略性的特点。书面体具有严密性、体系性的特点 ,它包括文艺语体、科学语体、政论语体和公文语体四种类型。

Different style has different characteristics,which differs in the employment of grammar,rhetorics,and vocabulary,etc. Based on the differences of the social functions of style,language materials for stylistic formation,and the choice of rhetorical devices,the style of Japanese can be divided into the oral and written one.The former bears the characteristics of broadness,vividness,and humble in charateristics, while the latter is integrated and systematic, which can be divided into the literary style, the technical style,the political style and the authoritative style.
