国有企业资产负债率普遍过高 ,国有企业的资产结构已成为国有企业开展资产经营的制约 .运用现代投资理论 。
The capital management of state owned enterprises is restricted by the unhealthy capital composition. In this paper, the relation between the capital composition and risk is discussed, based on the theory of mordern investment.
