摘要
以顶置凸轮轴 (摇臂驱动气门 )气门机构为研究对象 ,通过对升程曲线进行“预光顺”和“精光顺”,进行了运动学和动力学计算 ,并开发出相应的软件 ,为顶置凸轮轴气门机构的设计提供依据。运动学计算是在已知凸轮对平底移动式从动件的运动规律的条件下 ,计算出气门的位移 ,并采用三次样条插值法计算出其速度及加速度 ;动力学计算是把机构简化成单自由度模型 ,在考虑气门间隙及传动机构变形的影响下 。
The paper took the valve mechanism of an overhead camshaft as research object to carry out the kinetic and dynamic calculation by means of 'pre smooth' and 'accurate smooth' of the stroke curve. The calculating program was developed, which could be used for the design of the valve. The kinetic calculation gave the displacement of the valve when the movement rule of the driven part was known. The velocity and acceleration of valve were computed by mean of the cubic spline interpolation. The dynamic calculation computed the real motion rule of the valve by Runge Kutta method, in which the cam and the driven part mechanism was simplified into a mode with a single degree of freedom and the effects of valve clearance and transmission framework distortion were considered.
