摘要
为解决气吸式割前摘脱装置的气流吸运管路底板上偶尔产生物料积存的问题 ,设计了一种底板振动装置。对振动底板及其上的物料在气流作用下的运动进行了理论分析和计算机模拟计算 ,得出了在一定的气流速度下 ,振动底板上的籽粒不沿底板下滑、能被抛起 ,并在气流的作用下向后、向上输送的条件和底板振幅、频率及其倾角的确定原则 。
A vibrating bottom mechanism was developed to overcome the piled grain on the bottom of the air suction pipe. The vibrating bottom and the piled grain on it were analyzed both by the theoretical method and a computer simulation. As a result, the conditions of the amplitude, frequency and inclination of the bottom were obtained under which the piled grains don't fall down along the bottom, but can be thrown up by the vibrating and carried away rearward and upward by the air flow.
