摘要 根据永磁体的等效电流模型理论 ,建立了径向磁化永磁齿轮传动机构传动力矩三维积分形式的计算数学模型 ,并采用三维有限元方法对模型进行了理论对比验证。结果表明建立的传动力矩数学模型易于编程实现 ,计算结果准确 。 A permanent-magnetic gear is a kind of novel magneto-mechanical device. It is widely used to replace the ordinary mechanical gear and can be used to transmit torque without any mechanical contact. The transmission of torque is one of the most important properties of magnetic gears. The precision calculation of torque is the key of parametric analysis and optimal design of permanent magnetic gears. In this paper, a formula was presented for computing the transmitted torque of radially polarized permanent magnetic gears by the equivalent current theory of permanent magnet. This torque formula, which is based on three-dimensional analysis, is expressed in integral form. It was verified by the three-dimensional finite element method. The results shows that the torque formula is readily programmed and is accurate for torque calculation. So it is recommended to be used for parametric analysis and optimal design of permanent magnetic gears.
