摘要
分析了污染对滑动轴承性能的影响 ,以及污染物的大小、位置对流体动压力分布与 Mises应力场的影响。较大的污染物刺破润滑油膜 ,而较小的污染物在高压区对流体动压力分布和 Mises应力场的影响显著 ,不可忽略。
For a sliding bearing the contamination of lubricants can't be avoided as results of wear and corrosion. The authors analyzed the influences of contamination on the performance of sliding bearings in this paper. The effects of size and location of contaminative particles on the hydrodynamic pressure and Mises stress field were studied. The results show that the large particles penetrate through the oil film; the small particles have significant influence on the distribution of hydrodynamic pressure; and they also have big influence on the Mises stress field. Those results explain the early failure of bearings in engines.
