摘要
珠海发电厂第一期1、2号机组采用日本三菱700MW凝汽式汽轮机,借助于先进的监控系统和管理经验,在降低机组寿命损耗的同时,缩短冷态启动时间。从启动角度介绍了机组的结构特点及其启动程序,并结合某次实际启动过程,利用有限元校核了其热应力。有限元模型边界上的换热系数综合使用了普遍推荐的经验公式,比较了计算结果。
The Mitsubishi 700 MW condensing type turbines used for the No. 1,No. 2 generators in the first phase of Zhuhai Power Plant,utilizing the advanced monitoring and control system and man- aging experience,the aging loss of the generators can be lowered and the cold start up time can be shortened. From the view point of start up,the generator structure characteristic and its start up se- quence were introduced. According to the situations of a actual start up sequence,the heat-stress has been caliberated using the limited unit claculation method. For the heat exchange factor at boundary of limit unit calculations model,the popular empiric equations have been used integratedly. At last a com-parision about the calculation results has been made.
