分析了基建调试建立ＩＳＯ９００２质量体系的必要性和基建调试贯标的特点，提出了基建调试过程控制程序和控制调试过程的重要环节，对提高基建调试的科学管理水平和调试质量有一定的参考作用。

The necessity of establishing ISO9002 quality control system for commissioning and the features of its implementation in fundamental construction were analyzed. The control and the key links to control the commissioning process procedures were put forward. There's reference on improv- ing the commissioning management and commissioning quality.
