神经生长因子促进老年鼠大脑皮质胆碱能纤维损伤后再生 被引量:1

EFFECTS OF NERVE GROWTH FACTOR ON REGENERATION OF CORTICAL CHOLINERGIC FIBERS FOLLOWING INJURY IN AGED RATS

摘要 目的 :探讨神经生长因子 (nervegrowthfactor,NGF)对老年鼠大脑皮质胆碱能神经纤维损伤后再生的影响。方法 :老年SD大鼠顶皮质切一宽 2mm的冠状切口 ,侧脑室注射NGF ,AChE纤维染色结合体视系分析正常组、损伤对照组和NGF用药组切口嘴、尾侧区的胆碱能纤维的再生情况。结果 :损伤对照组损伤 1个月后 ,嘴侧AChE阳性纤维增生至正常 1 1 1 44% ,尾侧纤维减少至正常 67 1 4% ;NGF用药组嘴侧纤维密度比损伤对照组增多 ,为正常1 45 93 % ;尾侧纤维为正常 1 2 7 95 %。结论 :提示NGF对老年哺乳类皮质胆碱能纤维后损伤再生具有一定促进作用。 Objective:To study the effect of nerve growth factor (NGF) on regeneration of cortical cholinergic fiber following injury in aged rats.Methods:Aged male SD rats were subjected to the cortex incision and received continuous infusion of NGF or Cyt.C into the cerebroventricular space,on the 30 the post lesion day,AChE stain was used to observe the change of cholinergic fiber density.Results:In the lesioned control group,the density of AChE stained fibers of the rostral part to injury site was higher than that of the normal group,increased to 111.4%,but the caudal part was lower than the normal group,decreased to 67.14%;Following the infusion of NGF,the density of fibers in rostral part was higher than the control group and normal group,increased to 145.93%,the caudal part was also higher than that of the control and normal group,increased to 127.95%.Conclusion:The result indicates that NGF has effect on the regeneration of cholinergic fibers in the cortex in aged animals.
