血管内皮生长因子C在乳腺癌中的表达及其与淋巴结转移的关系 被引量:2

摘要 目的 :检测血管内皮生长因子C(VEGF C)在乳腺癌中有无表达及其表达程度与癌细胞淋巴结转移的关系 ,以探讨VEGF C在肿瘤淋巴道转移中的作用以及肿瘤细胞通过淋巴道转移的机理。方法 :选用 67例行乳腺癌根治术或改良根治术后女患者肿瘤组织石蜡标本 ,采用免疫组化方法检测其VEGF C蛋白的表达。结果 :在部分乳腺癌的癌细胞胞浆中可检测到VEGF C蛋白的表达 (2 8/ 67) ,且VEGF C在伴腋淋巴结转移的病例组中的表达明显高于无腋淋巴结转移的病例组。结论 :VEGF C表达于乳腺癌中 ,且其表达与乳腺癌肿瘤细胞的淋巴结转移密切相关。 Objective:To study the expression of VEGF C in breast cancer and its relationship to lymph node metastasis and to clarify the role of VEGF c in lymphatic metastasis and the mechanism of metastatic spread via the lymphatics.Methods:Paraffin embedded specimens from 67 patients with primary breast cancer undergone radical mastectomy with lymph node dissection were sutdied.VEGF C expression was investigated using immunohistochemical staining.Results:Positive immunohistochemical staining for VEGF C protein was observed in some breast cancer cells (28/67).Furthermore,the expression of VEGF C in breast cancer cells was significantly higher in lymph node positive group than in node negative group.Conclusion:A close correlation is found between VEGF C expression and lymph node metastasis in breast cancer.
