For keeping the lessons in mind, the cause of tube blast in water wall of boiler No. 7 in Shijiazhuang Cogeneration Power Plant was find out through chemical analysis, mechanical performance tests and metallurgical analysis. To prevent same accident from occurring again, some countermeasures are proposed.
