摘要
利用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳对感染炭疽病的芒果幼苗研究结果表明,病株的过氧化物酶同工酶活性比健株的弱,酶带数少2~5条;不同病级植株间过氧化物酶同工酶的变化与其外部表现的症状相反,即病情越严重,酶活性越弱,带数越少;越靠近病源中心,同工酶的活性越弱,带数也越少,酶带数相差2~6条;发病时间越长,过氧化物酶同工酶带数越少;过氧化物酶同工酶的第1,2,5,6,7,10带与芒果幼苗炭疽病有关,第3,4,8,9带与芒果幼苗组织的老化程度有关。
Study of peroxidase isoenzymes in Mangifera indica L. seedling infected by Coletotrichum gloeosporioides Penzing by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis showed that the peroxidase isoenzymesactivity from diseased plant was weaker and the number of enzyme bands was 2--5 less than healthy plant. The peroxidase isoenzyme activity and number of bands were reversely correlated with the severity of disease, the distance from disease focus, and the duration of infection. Theperoxidase isoenzyme band No. 1, 2, 5, 6,7,10weresupposed to associate with disease susceptibility, and the enzyme band No. 8, 4, 8, 9 with ageing of tissue.
