摘要
通过分析指出西北、川渝两大电网联网的主要效益有 :利用季节性电能效益、最大需要火电不同时出现时的错峰效益、互为备用和紧急事故支援效益、资源互补与优化利用效益等 ,特别是第二、三项容量效益的分析 ,在跨大区联网工程中起决定作用 ,有较大经济意义。为决策工程建设规模、联网方式。
The following benefits can be obtained through the analysis of interconnection the northwest power system with Chuanyu power system: using a portion of seasonal energy, reducing the coal power installation, mutual reserve, energy resource mutual compensation and use etc. Especially the second and third items which have great economic benefit are important in interconnection project. The research results can be referred to other similar project.
