摘要
分析了低压静止变流器的几种技术方案 ,并在此基础上提出了一种可以实现大容量输出的电路方案 ,采用多重叠加和移相调压技术成功地研制了 2 8V输入 2 0kVA静止变流器 ,该变流器达到了机场地面电源国家军用标准技术要求 ,满载时效率高达 93%以上。最后给出试验结果和波形。
In this paper several schemes of the static converter with low input voltage are analyzed. On the basis of analyzing a circuit scheme suitable to achieve high power output is presented, multiple level technology and phase shift control technology have been used to develop a 28V input 20kVA output static converter. The prototype has achieved the military standard for the airport ground power station and its efficiency can reach as high as 93%. The experiment results and waveforms have been given in this paper.
