论高师院校培养教师的主体作用

On the Main Function to Foster teachers in Normal Colleges

教师教育多元化对高师院校的生源质量和毕业生就业都会带来比较大的影响。但是 ,高师院校在教师教育中仍应起主体作用。高师院校要保持教师教育的主体地位 ,必须加强建设 ,必须锐意改革 ,办出特色 。

The multicentralized education for teachers has a great effect on the quality of enrolling new students and the employment for graduates.However the function to the teachers' education still plays a main role in normal colleges .To maintain the main situation in normal colleges ,we must strengthen the construction ,be bent on reform ,run with distinguish features and maintain the rigorous power.
