实验能力是科学素养的基本要素之一。实验探索是“脑手并用”的问题解决过程 ,其中脑的活动对探索具有定向作用 ;培养实验能力的核心问题是形成实验意识。在化学教学实践中 ,关于实验意识形成的4项基本目标是 :问题感的形成 ,实验方案的设计 ,观察数据的整理和适当结论的提出。

The ability of experiment is one of the basic elements of the scientific attainments. The exploration of the experiment is a process of problem solving of “making use of both the brain and the hands”, among which the activity of the brain plays a role of direction in the exploration of the experiment. The core problem of the experiment ability training is to develop the awareness of the experiment. In the course of chemistry experiments teaching, the four fundamental objectives of the training of experiment awareness are: the formation of the questionability, the design of the experiment plan, sorting out the statistics of the observation, and the advancement of proper conclusion.nt Talents in Petroleum Industry$$$$ WANG Guirong,WANG Qing (School of Economics & Management, Petroleum University, Dongying, Shandong, 257061, China) Abstract: As the transnational operating activities become frequent day by day in the world, there are more and more demand for the transnational petroleum management talents in China. The shortage of such talents has a serious effect on the tarnsnational operating activities in China's oil enterprises. By analyzing the current situation of the transnational management talents in petroleum enterprises, this paper suggests the basic quality of such talents and the measures of training them.
