利用网络开展远程教育,已是社会关注的热点。目前远程教育有三种方式,三个特点。开展远程教育需要解决三个问题,以及需要思考的几个问题。

This paper is about the hot issue, web-based distance education. Three modes of distance education and their characteristics are described. Three problems challenging distance education are presented.
