带肩胛骨并以颈横动脉为蒂的斜方肌上部肌皮瓣的应用解剖

APPLIED ANATOMY OF SUPERIOR TRAPEZIUS MYOCUT-ANEOUS CONTAINING OMOPLATA BASED ON TCA FOR RECONSTRUCTION OF MAXILLOFACIAL DEFECTS

目的 :了解以颈横动脉 (transeversecervicalartery ,TCA)为蒂的带肩胛冈上斜方肌骨肌皮瓣 (Superiortrapeziusmyocutaneouscontainingomoplata,STMO)的详细解剖资料。方法 :采用 2 0例 40侧该骨肌皮瓣 ,常规解剖 ,在显微手术镜下观察 ,测量相关数据。结果 :详细解剖记录颈横动脉走向、管径、分支及吻合 ,获取上斜方肌、肩胛冈形态、大小及供骨肌的量。结论 :以颈横动脉为蒂的带肩胛冈上斜方肌骨肌皮瓣是修复颌面部缺损的优越骨肌皮瓣。

Objective:To provide anatomic basis for the application of superior trapezius myocutaneous flap containining omoplata based on TCA.Methods:The vascular pedicle of the superior trapezius myocutaneous flap containg omoplata based on TCA were observed and measured in 20 cases of adult cadavers.Results:The origin,courses and branch of the TCA was observed.Myocutaneous and omoplata were measured;Conclusion:The superior trapezius mycutaneous containing omoplata based on TCA is well,composite flap containing omoplata is used to repair maxillofacial defects.
