乙状窦沟的应用解剖研究

APPLIED ANATOMY OF THE SIGMOID SINUS SULCUS

目的 :探讨乙状窦沟的发育差异 ,为临床上乙状窦前、后入路手术提供形态学依据和资料。方法 :采用 1 40侧颅骨 ,用分规和游标卡尺测量乙状窦沟的宽度 ,深度及乙状窦沟的前缘至外耳道后壁的距离。部分颅骨以外耳门为中心作水平锯切 ,直接测量乙状窦沟的前缘至外耳道后壁的距离 ,同时进行Law氏位X线摄片对照。结果 :乙状窦前缘至外耳道后壁的距离在 1 0mm以上者 1 0 8例 (77% ) ,距离在 8～ 9mm者 2 1侧 (1 5 % ) ,距离在 6～ 7mm者 7侧 (5 % ) ,距离在 5mm以下者 4侧 (3 % )。以 1 0mm为正常值 ,右侧的乙状窦前移多于左侧 (1 8∶1 4) ,但无统计学差异。结论 :乙状窦前移在国人中的发生率为 2 3 % ,进行乙状窦前。

Objective:To explore the developmental differences of sigmoid sinus sulcus and provide the morphological evidence for the sigmoid sinus operations.Methods:One hundred and fouty sigmoid sinuses were measured with calipers and cursor scaler to investigate the width,depth of the sigmoid sinus sulcus and the distance between its anterior border and the posterior wall of the external auditory canal.X ray films were taken to compare the results and statistical analysis was carried out to examine the differences.Results:The distance between the anterior border of the sigmoid sinus and the posterior wall of the external auditory canla were over 10 mm in 108 sigmoid sinuses (77%),21 sigmoid sinuses (15%) were within 8 9 mm,7(5%) were 6 7 mm and 4(3%) were less than 5 mm.Conclusion:Antedisplacement of the sigmoid sinus is common in Chinese and attention should be paid during the operation anterior and posterior through the sigmoid sinus.
