摘要
目的 研究硒氟联合作用对小鼠学习记忆行为的影响及其脑内机理。方法 采用饮水加氟、加硒的方法。结果 与对照组相比 ,较高浓度氟能使小鼠学习能力呈显著损伤 ,并能引起脑内SOD活性显著下降 (P <0 0 5 ) ,适当浓度的硒与氟联合作用 ,则可拮抗氟的这种作用 ,而高浓度与氟则产生协同毒性作用。结论 一定浓度的硒对小鼠氟致学习能力的损伤可能有改善作用 。
Objective To investigate combined effect of selenium and fluoride on learning-memory behavior of mice and mechanism of brain compared with control group.Methods Sodium fluoride and sodium in deionized water were administered to male mice for 8 weeks.Results The learning ability of higher fluoride groups presented marked deterioration,and the activity of SOD in their brain was lower than control group's ( P <0.05).It was found that combined administration of fluoride and proper concentration of selenium could antagonize with this kind of influence of fluoride,it would be synergetic toxicity if concentration of selenium was too high.Concusions All the results suggested that proper concentration of selenium may have ameliorative effects on damages to the learning ability of mice by fluoride,which may be related to activity improvement of SOD in their brain.
