摘要基于工作的学习是近年来西方工业社会非常流行的一种学习理念，它试图在学习理论与工作实践间架起一座桥梁。信息技术与基于工作的学习的整合可以丰富学习者、雇主的整体学习经验，并引导学习者的终身学习能力向更高水平发展。
