摘要
利用~125I标记绵羊催乳素,研究了外源乳素在大鼠各器官或组织中的分布。注射后24小时内,外源催乳素在各器官组织中的分布顺序是肾脏、精囊、肾上腺、肺脏、睾丸。对这些组织匀浆、离心,除去各器官中可溶性成分后,其分布顺序发生了变化,顺序为肾脏、肾上腺、肝、精囊、其放射性计数比值分别为6.98,36.21,1.64和1.62。说明这些器官对催乳素有特异性的摄取能力,肾脏和肾上腺对催乳素的摄取较快,在注射后前3小时最高,肝脏和精囊则在6小时后逐渐增加。
The experiment was-conducted to measure the radioactivity distribu-tion of 125I-oPRL in the different organs or tissues of rat. During the 24 hour period after injection of 125I-oPRL, the order of the relative distribution of radioactivity in different organs was kidney, seminal vesicles, adrenal gland, lung and testis, while it was changed to the order of kidney, adrenal gland, liver, seminal vesicles when effected by liquid-deprived homogenasation. The values of the organ radioactivity (cpm/g) over that of heart were 6.98, 3.21, 1.64 and 1.62 respectively.The results showed that these organs are specific in absorbing prolactin.The maximum of radioactive absorption by kidney and adrenal gland was reached during the first 3 hours, but the increase of radioactivity was observed in liver and seminal vesicles 6 hours after injection.
