双黄连超声雾化吸入治疗毛细支气管炎患儿的疗效观察

Effect on Shuanghuanglian Ultrasonic Aerosol Inhalation to Treat Bronchiolitis Infants

为探讨双黄连超声雾化吸入治疗毛细支气管炎的效果 ,对 6 0例患儿在常规治疗的基础上加双黄连雾化吸入 ,并与 6 4例常规治疗患儿进行疗效对照观察。结果发现 :双黄连超声雾化吸入组患儿咳嗽、喘憋、口罗音消失、平均治疗时间较对照组明显缩短 (P <0 .0 1)。使用过程中体会到 :双黄连超声雾化吸入具有副反应小、无痛苦。

To probe into the effect of Shuanghuanglian aerosol inhalation to treat bronchiolitis, 60 infants were given Shuanghuanglian ultrasonic aerosol inhalation based on routine treatment. And they were compared with 64 infants with the same problem only gave routine treatment. Results showed that in terms of coughing, asthma, and rales disappearing time, patients in inhalation group were remarkably shortened than those in control group (P<0.01). Meanwhile, Shuanghuanglian ultrasonic aerosol inhalation has the advantages like use with safety, rapid effectiveness, less side-effects, of little pain, and be easily accepted and so on.
