摘要
为进一步探讨 2 %戊二醛消毒液使用有效时限 ,连续监测 5周内使用中的2 %戊二醛消毒液的污染菌量、醛含量变化和定量杀菌效果。结果表明 :5周内使用中的 2 %戊二醛消毒液污染菌量为 0 ,悬液杀菌法测定 1h~ 4h杀菌率均为10 0 %。使用后第 6周消毒液含醛量降低。 5周内 2 %戊二醛浓度、醛含量、污染菌量与浸泡器械的数量、种类、重量及使用频率关系不大。说明 2 %戊二醛消毒液临床有效使用时限可由 2周~ 4周延长至
To go a step further to probe into the effective time limit of using 2% Glutaraldehyde disinfection solution, contaminated number of bacteria, changes of aldehyde content, and quantitative bactericidal effect were continuously monitored within 5 weeks in use of 2% Glutaraldehyde solution. Results showed that within 5 weeks, in use of 2% Glutaraldehyde disinfection solution, contaminated number of bacteria was 0. And 1h to 4h bactericidal rate of the solution were 100% measured via suspension sterilization method. Since the 6th week, the aldehyde content of the solution lowered. Within 5 weeks, there were little relation between the concentration of 2% Glutaraldehyde, the aldehyde content, the number of contaminated bacteria and quantity, type, and weight of immersion appliances and use frequency. Suggested that it is safety to prolong clinical use of the effective time limit of 2% Glutaraldehyde from 2 weeks~4 weeks to 5 weeks.
