摘要
本文着重研究了不同热处理工艺方式及热处理工艺参数对Ni9铸钢-196℃冲击韧性和显微组织的影响。结果表明:Ni9铸钢经适当热处理后,具有较高的低温韧性和强度。其低溫韧性受回火温度影响较大,而受淬火温度影响较小;经“淬火+亚稳淬火+回火”热处理的低温韧性训于”淬火+回火”热处理;经“800℃淬火+670℃淬火+610℃回火”热处理,可获得最高的低温韧性。
In this paper, the effect of different heat treatments on the microstructure of Ni9 cast steel and its impact toughness at-196C temperature were studied. The results show that after proper heat treatment, Ni9 cast steel possess high impact toughness and strength at cryogenic temperatures. Its impact toughness at cryogenic temperatures is markedly inflenced by tempering temperature, whereas the inflence of quenching temperature is relatively small. The impact toughness of steel under the heat treatment composed of quenching, intercritieal quenching and tempering is higher than that of quenching and tempering, by quenching at 800℃, intercritical quenching at 670℃ and tempering at 610℃ the highest impact toughness at cryogenic temperature can be obtained.
