用自熔性喷焊合金粉涂铸解决“480”汽油机凸轮轴耐磨性的探索 被引量:1

The Research of Solving Wear Abrasive of the Cam Shaft of 480 Gasoline Engin by Coat-Cast Technology with Self-fusing Alloy Powder

摘要 通过对“480”汽油机凸轮轴模拟试件局部进行涂铸试验,得到厚度为1.5mm左右,硬度达HRC50~60的涂铸合金层。涂层致密无缺陷和基体结合牢固,硬度分布均匀,达到凸轮轴生产技术要求。搞清了铸造工艺对涂铸层的影响,为局部涂铸解决“480”汽油机凸轮轴耐磨性提供了进一步试验的依据。 A smooth and prrfect compact coating is obtained whose thickness is about 1.5mm, whose hardness is about HRC 55 by part coat-cast to the can shaft of 480 gasoline engin, and hardness is distributed uniformly in the coating. These meet Completely the cam shaft demend of product technology.The effect of cast technology on coat-cast has been investigated in this paper. The investigation provided the basic for further test of solving wear abrasive of the cam shaft of 480 gasoline engin by part coat-cast technology.
