Computer Application and Development in Riserless or Small Riser Casting Technology for Cast Iron

本文运用卡赛浇冒口设计方法,结合生产经验,采用FOXBASE程序软件,开发了铸件无冒口或小冒口工艺设计程序。应用结果表明,该程序使用方便,具有设计优化,运行结果准确可靠,便于储存等特点,且提高了工艺出品率,经济效益显著。

Based on the design method of S. I. Karsay gating and risering and practical experience, Usering FOXBASE program software used to design riserless or small riser system was developed. Application of the program has shown that it is conventent to use with optimum design, its running results are precise and reliable, and it is convenient to save data. In addition the casting yield is enhanced, so a notable economical result is received.
