摘要
本文研究了多元微合金化和热处理对稀土中锰白口铸铁组织、机械性能和抗磨性的影响。结果表明,稀土中锰白口铸铁加入多元微合金后,组织细化,硬度略有提高,动态断裂韧性提高46.7%,抗磨性提高83.1%。采用新的热处理工艺可使其抗磨性得到进一步改善。
In this paper, the effects of multi-component micro-alloying and heat treatment on the microstructure, mechanical properties and abrasion resistance of medium-Mn white iron containing RE alloy were investigated. The results obtained show that the structure of medium-Mn white iron is fined by multi-component alloy, multi-component alloy tend to increase the hardness of mentioned white iron, but the mobile fracture toughness and the wear resistance were raised by 46.7% and 83.1% respectively. Using new technology of heat treatment, the wear resistance of medium-Mn white iron was raised further.
