摘要
西气东输工程项目的建设掀开了我国天然气工业新世纪大发展的序幕。作为天然气工业的下游 ,不能仅看到它有利的一面 ,更应看到它存在一定的风险 。
The project to convey the gas from west to east of China has initiated a great development of natural gas industry in the new century. At lower reaches of that industry, it is not proper just to notice the favorable side and overlook the risks therefrom. Relevant studies must be carried out to find suitable solutions.
