摘要
本文对T12、T10、T8、45等四种碳素钢进行了B-Cr-Ti共渗的试验研究。用金相分析、电子探针微区分析和X射线衍射分析友法研究了B-Cr-Ti共渗层的化学成分、相结构和组织。结果表明,B-Cr-Ti共渗层由Fe_2B、Ti_38_4和CrB等相构成。此渗层具有很高的硬度、耐磨性和耐蚀性,可以应用于耐磨的零件。
In this paper, a trial study of 4 carbon steels T12, T10, T8, 45 treated by boroehromtitanizing has been done. Studied chemical compostition, phasee structure and microstructure of borochromtitanizing coating by metallographic analysis, EMPA, and X-ray diffraction analysis: A trial study showed that the borochromtitaniz, ing coating consists of Fe_2B, Ti_3B_4 and CrB. Borochromtitanizing coating has high hardness, wear resistarance, corrosion resistance and is available to wear proof parts.
