摘要
本文旨在运用化学热力学理论与计算方法对燃气中H2S、CO2与金属腐蚀反应的标准吉布斯函数、反应平衡常数、平衡分压等进行计算,从而得出腐蚀反应△G0~T关系式.通过这些数据,从理论上解释H2S、CO2对金属腐蚀反应发生的可能性,并进而推断出燃气中H2S、CO2对设备腐蚀的可能性大小和条件.
The function relationship between ΔG o(standard Gibbs free energy of formation) and T(thermodynamic temperature) was deduced by calculating ΔG o, K p(equilibrium constant in pressure) of H 2S,CO 2 corrosion reaction on steel in gas and partial pressure at equilibrium state of them utilizing the theory and method of chemical thermodynamics. From the results of calculation, the possibility of steel corrosion by H 2S, CO 2 in gas can be explained in theory and the condition of corrosion will be deduced further.
