摘要
由于原油、气、水管输流动规律研究的需要 ,自行设计、安装、调试了气液两相管流实验装置 ,该装置对温度、压力、压差、流量、持液率、流动型态等参数能自动测量 ,且参数变化范围广 ,所有两相流动型态均能出现 ,并具有实验管径可变 ,管路倾角可任意调整 ,管壁透明便于观察流动型态的特点 .利用该装置可获得多相流动状态、空隙率和压力梯度等的相关规律 ,能进行油、气、水混输管路的水力。
In order to study oil\|gas\|water pipelines flows, a twophase flow device was designed and established. The device can autometically record the temperature, pressure, pressure\|drop, flowrate, void fraction and flow\|pattern, and have more wider parameter range. The angle of the tube can be changed, and the tube was made of transparent material. All the above features can provide substratum for the twophase flow experiments. By this device, many achievements about twophase flow were obtained, and many hydro and thermo problems of oil\|gas\|water pipelines can be solved accurately.
