摘要 考察了将茂金属载体催化剂用于乙烯与 1-己烯、1-辛烯的共聚合反应 ;在反应温度为 40℃ ,反应时间为30min ,浸渍液茂锆浓度为 13 .6mmol L ,n(Al) n(Zr)为 5 0 0的条件下 ,分析了第 2单体与乙烯单体物质的量的配比对聚合活性及聚合物物性的影响 ;结果表明 :乙烯与 1-己烯和 1-辛烯共聚合时出现了“共单体效应” ,共聚物的平均相对分子质量、熔点、结晶度均随第 2单体物质的量的增大而下降 。 Both ethylene/1-hexene and ethymene/1-octene were copolymerized by using SiO 2/MAO/Et(Ind) 2ZrCl 2, which produces atactic copolymers. The effect of comonomer in the copolymerization was investigated. Under the condition of a temperature of 40 ℃, polymeric time of 30 minute, metallocene concentration in catalic solution of 13.6 mmol/L, molar ratio of Al or Zr of 500, the “comonomer effect' was observed in the reaction. With the monomer ratio increased, the copolymer properties, such as molecular weight, melting point and crystallinity were decreased.
