摘要
考察了自制的Ni-Zn Al2 O3 催化剂对直馏混合溶剂油脱芳烃的效果 ;分别在反应温度为 12 0~ 180℃ ,反应压力为 0 .5~ 2 .0MPa ,氢油体积比为 6 0~ 90 ,空速为 1.0~ 3.0h- 1 的操作条件下 ,将Ni-Zn Al2 O3,Ni Al2 O3 与Pd Al2 O3 应用于直馏混合溶剂油催化加氢脱芳烃的试验 ;结果表明 :Ni催化剂性能优于Pd催化剂 ,Ni -Zn Al2 O3 催化剂具有与Ni Al2 O3 催化剂相同的催化加氢脱芳烃效果 ,且Zn的存在使Ni-Zn Al2 O3
The performances of self\|made Ni-Zn/Al 2O 3 catalyst, selected Ni/Al 2O 3 catalyst and selected Pd/Al 2O 3 catalyst used in catalytic hydrodearomatization of petroleum straight\|run refining solvent oil blended were studied at 120~180 ℃,0.5~2.0 MPa,H 2/oil volume vatio of 60~90,GHSV=1.0~3.0 h -1 . The results indicated that Ni catalyst was superior to Pd catalyst and Zn/Al 2O 3 catalyst had the same effectiveness of catalytic hydrodearomatization as Ni/Al 2O 3 catalyst. Ni-Zn/Al 2O 3 catalyst could resist the poison to nickel go sulphur from raw materials because of the presence of zinc.
