游梁式抽油机四杆机构平均运行效率的计算机仿真分析 被引量:5

摘要 应用波动方程描述抽油杆柱的振动 ,建立了抽油机悬点动力示功图的仿真方法 ;考虑游梁式抽油机四杆机构的传动效率对曲柄轴净转矩的影响 ,建立了四杆机构平均运行效率的计算机仿真方法 .仿真结果表明 ,四杆机构的平均运行效率随有效功率因数的增加而增加 ,并且低于其理论传动效率 ,这是由于四杆机构存在拖动与被拖动两种工作状态 ,悬点下冲程时的能量反向流动增加了四杆机构的能量损失 。 The meted of emulation of the pumping power drawing was put forword by applying the equation of fluctuate to describe the vibration of sucker rod. The method of the computer emulation of the average working efficiency of 4 bar planar of pumping was put forward by the effect of the turn of winding handle axle by drive efficiency of 4 bar planar. The emulation result proves that the average working efficiency of 4 bar planar is much lower than the drive efficiency of its drive efficiency, because there are two modes of slow and being slowed by 4 bar planar, the loss of energy increase by flowing of energy to opposite direction at down stroke and reduce the average working efficiency of 4 bar planar. The average working efficiency of 4 bar planar was increased by the increase of useful power factor.
