摘要 分析了玻璃钢抽油杆固有特征 ,阐述了玻璃钢抽油杆柱设计与计算方法 ,给出了玻璃钢抽油杆在大泵强采中的应用效果 ,指出了玻璃钢抽油杆在设计、使用及生产管理中应注意的问题 .对某井的使用效果表明 ,采用玻璃钢抽油杆 ,可使曲柄最大转矩下降 18% ,电机实耗功率下降 10 % ,即使不换大泵 。 In the paper, the inherent characteristics of the fibreglass rod is analyzed, the design and calculating method is elaborated, the applicable effect of the fibreglass rod on big pump mining is given. Meanwhile, it also points out what calls for attention in the design, usage and production of the fibreglass rod. The use of fiberglass pumping rod will cause a decrease in the handle's maximum torque by 18 percent and a decrease in the electrical machinery's actual power consumption by 10 percent. It will also increase the stroke of deep well pump plunger by 20 to 50 percent more than the stroke of the ground. Even if we don't change the pump into the big one, the production of fluid can be increased greatly.
