摘要 研究了在磷酸介质中,锰(Ⅱ)催化溴酸钾氧化溴百里酚蓝的褪色反应.建立了测定痕量锰 的新方法.方法检出限2.27×10-6g/L线性范围0.5~5.5μg/25mL方法简便。适用于铝合金、发 样、米粉、水中锰的测定. This paper studies a new catalytic photometric method for determination of trace of manganese. The method is based on the oxidation of bromothymol blue by potassium bromate leading to a color-fading of bromothymol blue. The limit of detection for manganese is 2.27 x 10 -6g/L. A linear relationship holds between the intensity of color-fading and concentration of manganese over the range of 0.5~5.5g/ 25 mL.The method is quite convenient in operation and has been applied to the determination of manganese in Aluminium alloys,hair.rice flour and water.
