This paper puts forword the opinion on the issues on the plastic theory calculating method for in-situ on-way floor slab that more attention should be paid to. Expecilly by consideration that the edge beams of frame e have finite restraint to the bending rotation of the one-way floor slab, it obtains a series of new bending moment coefficients, and gives suggestions for the reinforcement construction for the one-way floor slab calculating.
