摘要
本文研究了稀土对无镍高锰铝青铜的铸态组织、流动性,耐磨性和耐蚀性的影响。结果表明,它们之间存在一定的变化规律,适量的稀土可以改善合金的铸态组织,使流动性提高一倍左右,耐磨性提高50~70%,耐蚀性提高35~50%。分析探讨了出现这种变化规律的原因。
In this paper, the effects of rare earth elements on the cast structure, fluidify, wear resistance and corrosion resistance of nickle-free high mangancese aluminium bornze have been investigated: The results have shown an existence of rules among them. Appropriate contents of rare earth dements will improve east structures and increase fluidity by 100%, wear resistance by 50~70% and corrosion resistance by 35~50%, The reasons for these phenomina have also been discussed.
