摘要
本文对预硬型塑料模具钢5CrNiMnMoVSCa(5NiSCa)和35Cr2NiMnMo(改型P20)在预硬态下的切削加工性、磨抛性、图案蚀刻性、焊补性及淬透性等主要工艺性能进行了对比试验。结果表明,5NiSCa的各种工艺性能均优于改型P20。
In this paper the main properties of machining, polishing etching, welding and hardening of prehardened plastic mould steel 5CrNiMnMoVSCa (5NiSCa) and 35Cr2NiMnMo (modified P20) have been studied. It was found that those properties of 5NiSCa were better than those of modified P20.
