摘要
用滚轮试样研究了18Cr2Ni4WA钢渗碳后等温淬火形成的贝氏体对接触疲劳性能的影响。结果表明,由等温形成的下贝氏体、马氏体和残余奥氏体组成的混合组织的接触疲劳寿命明显低于由马氏体和残余奥氏体组成的混合组织的接触疲劳寿命。分析表明,这既与等温下贝氏体本身的断裂特性有关,也与等温淬火试样中的残余奥氏体的机械稳定性较低有关。
This paper deals with the effect of lower bainite(BL) in carburized case of 18Cr2Ni4WA steel on contact fatigue property(CFP). The result shows that CFP of (M+A_R+B_L) structure is lower than thst of (M+A_R) structure. Analysis shows that this is due to the following factors: (a) the fatigue behavior of B_L; (b) the stabilization of A_R.
