摘要
为了适应管道建设的发展,提高管道自动焊接技术水平,对多种焊丝和两种X70钢管进行了管道全位置自动焊接工艺试验和工艺评定。在试验段范围内,X射线拍片353道焊口,一次合格率达到96.9%,每道焊口电弧燃烧时间仅为35min,比手工焊的效率提高了30%~40%。介绍了管道全位置自动焊工艺特点和试验评定内容,对存在的问题进行了分析。
The all-position automatic welding test on two kinds of X70 steel pipes and systematical electrodes and welding process evaluation have heen made in the 2nd Pipeline Construction Company of China Oil & Gas Pipeline Bureau. In the test. 353 welded seams taken from the trial pipe section have been X-ray in spected. The test results have shown that the primary percent of pass of welded seams is up to 96. 9%,and welding time for individual welded seam is only 35 min.which is 30%-40% higher than manual welding in work efficiency. The technical features and test evaluation guidelines of this welding technology are given in this paper.
