分析了 2 0 0 0年我国原油进口高速增长、成品油库存增加的原因及对我国国民经济的影响 ;指出我国的石油消费应该寻求合理的消费模式和水平以确保国民经济的健康发展 ;建议加快“以气代油”、“以煤代油”的步伐 ,以减轻我国经济发展对石油市场产生的巨大压力。

The paper analyses the reasons why China's import of crude oil is increasing so rapidly and oil product stock increases and in turn,its impact upon our national economy,points out that a rational consumption pattern and level for China's oil consumption should be sought so as to ensure the healthy development of our national economy and finally suggests speeding up 'substituting gas for oil' and 'substituting coal for oil' steps in order to lessen the immense pressure on the oil market from the development of our national economy.
