实现燃料的清洁生产是石油工业的重要课题 ,为实现清洁生产的目标必须在催化剂、工艺及产品的研究开发上继续努力工作。在生产清洁燃料的炼厂及现有技术发展的基础上 ,指出了替代技术的研究开发方向 ,并对常规炼厂和清洁炼厂的产品分布、成本及效益进行了比较。

It is an important issue in oil industry to realize clean production of fuel.To reach this goal, painstaking efforts must continue to work in catalysts, technics as well as research and development of products. Based on clean-production fuel refineries and existing technical development,the paper points out the orientation for the study and development of alternate technology and compares product distribution, cost as well as benefits between conventional refineries and clean-production refineries.
