航油企业战略管理

摘要 为迎接即将到来的竞争挑战 ,航空油料企业应在对自身优势和劣势、航油市场进入障碍和竞争性进行全面分析的基础上 ,制定科学的发展战略 ,这是企业谋求长远发展的必然选择。航油企业在战略制定过程中应讲求战略的适应性、协同性、连续性和柔性 ,在战略选择时应分别从公司层、经营层和职能层入手确定满足航油企业未来发展要求的战略内容 ,在战略实施时应建立支持企业战略管理的组织结构、管理机制和文化 ,避免依靠主观意愿、推断和危机实施战略管理 ,确保战略的有效实施。 In order to meet the coming challenge from competition,aviation oil enterprises should work out the scientific developing strategies,on the basis of comprehensively analyzing their own superiorities and inferiorities and the obstructions for the entry of aviation oil market This is an inevitable selection for enterprises to seek their long term development Aviation oil enterprises should pay more attention to the strategic adaptability,coordination,continuity and flexibility in the course of establishing their strategies During the selection of strategies,they should determine the strategic contents satisfying future developing requirements of aviation oil enterprises from different layers,i.e the layer of company,management,and operation,respectively In carrying out the strategies,the aviation oil enterprises should establish their own organizations,managerial mechanism and culture to support enterprises' strategic management,avoid implementing strategic management by subjective wishes,deductions and crises,and ensure the effective implementation of strategies.
