摘要
本文研究了真空度、CO_2量及CO_2接触时间对真空置换硬化法(VRH法)水玻璃砂强度的影响,比较了VRH法与CO_2法硬化的砂型强度。结果表明,与CO_2法相比,VRH法硬化的砂型水玻璃加入量少,强度高。
In this paper, the effect of the degree of vacuum, the amount of CO_2 gas, and the contact time with CO_2 gas on the strength of sodium silicate bonded sand hsrdened by the VRH process were studied. The comparison of the strength of moulds hardened by the VRH process with the CO_2 process was done. The results show that moulds hardened by the VRH process have higher strength with less amount of sodium silicate than the CO_2 process.
