摘要
介绍了一种聚氯乙烯料浆脱出水的处理方法。通过絮凝沉降 +过滤的工艺过程可以将该废水浊度降到10mg L以下。絮凝剂为聚合氯化铝 ,使用浓度 2 0~ 5 0mg L ,絮凝沉降时间需 4h以上 ;过滤介质为石英砂 ,过滤速度选用中速滤池滤速。处理后的料浆脱出水按一定比例与自来水混合作补水进行动膜试验 。
A method of treating wastewater containing PVC is presemted in this paper.The turbidity of wastewater can be reduced to below 10mg/L by the process of flocculating settling and filtration.The optimum flocculation agent is polyaluminium chloride with a concentration ranging from 20 to 50mg/L.The time for flocculating settling should be more than 4 hours. Quartz sand is used as filter medium and 4-8m 3/m 2·h is selected as middle-speed filter velocity.The dynamic imitation test is carried out by mixing the treated water with tap water as supplement for recycling system.The results show that the technical indexes have reached the SINOPEC standard.
