摘要
研究了以自行开发的XP型树脂为催化剂 ,在滴流床反应器中丙烯直接水合制异丙醇的生产工艺条件。考察了压力、丙烯纯度、温度、丙烯空速和水 /烯摩尔比等对反应的影响。在起始反应温度 130℃、终止反应温度 165℃、反应压力 8MPa、丙烯空速 0 .2~ 0 .3h- 1 的条件下 ,丙烯的单程转化率达到 67% ,催化剂寿命超过 45 0
The production of isopropanol by resin catalyzed direct hydration of propylene was investigated using a trickle bed eactor.The effects of operating temperature,pressure,concentration of propylene,space velocity of propylene as well as the ratio between propylene and water on the reaction were examined.The best operation parameters are:initial operation temperature 130 ℃,terminating temperature 160 ℃,operating pressure 8 MPa,propylene space volecity 0.2~0.3 h -1 .With these conditions,the conversion of propylene can reach 67%.The catalyst lasts more than 4500 h.
