摘要
采用浸渍法制备稀土金属氧化物La2 O3和CeO2 改性的Pd/γ -Al2 O3甲醇低温裂解催化剂 ,考察了助剂镧和铈的加入顺序、活性组份Pd的含量以及焙烧温度等制备参数和预处理条件对催化剂性能的影响 ,并采用BET法测定催化剂的比表面积、用X射线光电子能谱研究催化剂的表面结构。在微反装置上对催化剂进行活性评价。结果表明 ,以硝酸镧和硝酸亚铈溶液顺序浸渍γ -Al2 O3载体、Pd负载量为 3% (质量分数 )、经 5 0 0~ 60
A La 2O 3 and CeO 2 modified Pd/γ-Al 2O 3 catalyst was prepared by impregnation method.The doped modes of La 2O 3 and CeO 2 were investigated,as well as the influence of Pd loading and caclination temperature on the catalytic properties were studied by a micro reactor system.Methanol decomposition test showed that Pd/Ce/La/Al 2O 3 catalysts containing 3% Pd and calcined at 500~600 ℃ had the best performance.At 250 ℃ for a methanol LHSV of 1 8 h -1 ,more than 90% methanol conversion was achieved with almost 100% selectivity of H 2 and CO.
