摘要
通过超声波乳化柴油过程 ,研究了各工艺参数超声波功率、处理时间、水含量、乳化剂量等对柴油乳化液粒径、稳定性的影响。利用亲水 -亲油值的计算选择表面活性剂 ,并据此研究、配制了复合型柴油乳化剂。利用显微摄像技术及算术统计平均的方法表征柴油乳化液水滴粒径。
The effects on diesel emulsification of some technological parameters (power of ultrasonic,treating time,aqueous content,emulsifier weight etc.)were studied.The surfactants were selected by calculation of HLB value and complex emulsifiers were compounded.The water droplet diameter in diesel emulsion was characterized with microphotography and arithmetic statistic mean method.
